BACH ORIGINAL FLOWER REMEDIES
You can learn more about Bach Original Flower Remedies by attending the Bach International Education Programme. This is a three-tier training programme organised by Nelsons. Courses are approved by The Bach Centre, the educational wing of The Dr Edward Bach Centre. These courses will help you to learn how to use the remedies in your work and daily life.
- Introductory Seminars (Level 1) Two days
- Advanced Workshops (Level 2) Two days
- Practitioner Training (Level 3) Three and a half day course followed by six months of supervised home study.

Pathology in Practice
Pathology of the Ear + Eye - Wednesday 9th July 08
The morning will be spent focusing on disorders of the middle and inner ear, so commonly seen in practice e.g. otitis media & glue ear, labyrinthitis, tinnitus and various forms of hearing loss. We shall also discuss some rarer pathologies such as mastoiditis, Meniere’s and BPPV.
The afternoon session will include consideration of the increasingly popular laser eye surgery, injuries, inflammatory conditions and pathological changes e.g. glaucoma, cataracts and retinopathy. Repertorisation of eye cases will be covered as the many medical terms used in the repertory can make this challenging.
LECTURER
Rachel Roberts BSc(Hons) MCH RSHom
Rachel graduated from The College of Homeopathy in 1997 and currently practises in Bristol and central London. Before discovering homeopathy she gained a 1st class degree in Biological Sciences, specialising in Physiology. Her particular passion is the integration of homeopathic and medical knowledge. A very experienced lecturer, Rachel has been described as ‘the only person on the planet who can make medical sciences interesting’! Rachel was a speaker at the Society of Homeopath’s Conference in 2005 and the Student Conference in 2007. She is author of the MatMedCards published by Integrated Homeopathic Training (2007) and co-author – with Stephen Gascoigne – of the Mental Health CPD home study course published by Alternative Training (2006).
Schedule Seminars run from 10.00 – 5.00.

NATURAL FACIAL – ONE DAY COURSE

Natural Facial uses a combination of massage techniques with the application of nature’s storehouse – aromatic waters, carrier oils and gels from trees, shrubs, flowers, fruits, nuts and seeds. You will learn how to analyse skin types, cleanse with a gentle plant based cream (which will be made on the course) tone with aromatic waters; apply a warm compress; make and apply a natural face pack, massage the face and neck with carrier oils selected for the client’s skin type; make and apply an eye gel. The course fee includes a starter pack so therapists can immediately start using their new skills.
EAR CANDLING – ONE DAY COURSE

Ear Candling is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that is easy to perform and beneficial to receive. It is soothing and helpful for conditions experienced by many of us - such as headaches, compacted ear wax, sinus problems, tinnitus, pressure problems and more. It is also a very relaxing therapy in its own right. Course content includes, history, how the candles work, benefits, contraindications, anatomy, safety, a massage sequence of the face, neck, scalp and ears, practical sessions and final assessment.
