Before going to bed, simply remove the outer packaging and then place the patch horizontally across the sole of each foot, pressing firmly to secure it. There are three zones: toe, heel and the arches of the feet (centre). However most people opt for the arches of the feet as this is where meridian channels leading to the majority of the main organs are located (please see inside pack for instructions). The patch is then removed in the morning and a new patch re-applied the next time you go to bed. Depending on the individual, the detox may require two or three days to two or three weeks.
