The Bach Emotional Eating Kit includes three 10ml essences:
Crab Apple (Malus pumila) – When you feel unclean or dislike something about yourself, Crab Apple helps you accept yourself and your imperfections.

Cherry Plum (Prunus cerasifera)– When you fear you might lose control of your diet, Cherry Plum can help you to think and act rationally.

Chestnut Bud (Aesculus hippocastanum)– When you find yourself repeating the same dieting mistakes, Chestnut Bud helps you gain knowledge from your experience.

Ingredients:

Crab Apple; Glycerine; Water and flower essence Malus pumila

Cherry Plum: Glycerine; Water and flower essence Prunus cerasifera

Chestnut  Bud: Glycerine; Water and flower essence Aesculus hippocastanum

How to take the Bach Original Flower Essences:

Two drops of each chosen essence may be taken directly from the bottle, four times a day. Alternatively, add two drops of each chosen essence to a glass of water, Sip from it as often as you want, but at least four times a for longer term issues. For convenience when taking several essences at once, add two drops of each chosen essence to an empty 30ml dropper bottle. Top up with mineral water, adding a teaspoonful of brandy or cider vinegar as a preservative if you wish. From this bottle take four drops at least four times a day.
